Shepherd Data has the technology to convert electronic data (whether contained in PSTs, NSFs or loose) into a fully searchable and imaged database.  Whether imaged drives, CDs/DVDs filled with email or electronic files, Shepherd Data will extract out the meta data from those files or email, create a petrified version of the data (i.e. TIFF print) and give you a load file that will link the TIFF images, the original files and the meta data.  You can search by key words in several different fields (i.e. to, from, etc).  Also, it is easy prepare for depositions because everything is already formatted and ready for printing.  You don’t have to open several different applications to print a series of different types of electronic documents.  Simply print the petrified images from your database.
